“What do the Inner, Outer, and Accent areas refer to?”

Answer:

inner The Inner area is the fleece liner that actually comes in contact with the top of your head (seen left in white).
outer The Outer area us the fleece, fur, or plush exterior surface that comes in contact with the elements and is seen by the public (seen left in light brown).
accent The Accent areas are the satin or silk inner (front-facing) parts of the animal ears and/or the tie-strings on the CITY, PEAK, and JULIE hats (seen left in brown).
